Top 5 "Classic" Mezcal Cocktails

5 Classic Mezcal Cocktails

Nothing beats a good, well done classic cocktail... Except (maybe) a modern classic!

But classics are there for a reason - they're perfectly balanced and have withstood the test of time over and over again.

Many of these recipes are simple, yet sophisticated enough to never go out of style- like a pair of 501 jeans. But if you know what you're doing these recipes can also serve as the foundation for an unlimited number of cocktail possibilities; swap this ingredient for that, that one for this, and so forth.

As one of Los Angeles' favorite bartending services we're constantly using these foundations to build our own versions of classics. However since the OG barkeeps didn't have mezcal laying around back in the day, we're going to revisit some of our favorites and give them a nice little smoky agave makeover!
