We hired LA Speakeasy to bartend at our wedding, which we had at Millwick. It was one of the best choices we made during the course of wedding planning. Vincent and Iveth are very easy to communicate with by phone and email, and they even attended our venue walkthrough prior to the wedding. They also helped us put together a shopping list for liquor, and came prepared with everything else (even down to the cute straws and menus).
On the day of, the drinks both tasted incredible and were beautiful - they used fresh fruits and syrups, and made the drinks fresh at the bar! Their selection of signature cocktails was outstanding - we had an old-fashioned, spicy margarita (the best I've ever had), and a fun spin on a G&T. There were never any lines, despite a cocktail hour bar crush, and they handled dinner service like pros. Our guests were raving about the bar service all night (and the rest of the weekend too).

If you want a true mixologist for your wedding or event, LA Speakeasy is the no-brainer choice. My wifey and I were adamant to have our cocktails be the talk of the wedding, and thanks to LA Speakeasy Team (Iveth, Vincent, Frankie), they were! Iveth and Vincent took the time to perfect four signature craft cocktails a month before our wedding in November and even helped us procure specialized ice (rocks, spears) for each cocktail. Our friends are still talking about how they tried all four cocktails--at least once :). Not only are they talented, they are very down-to-earth and fit right into our wedding party. I've encountered so many bartenders at weddings who are robotic or grumpy, but Iveth and Frankie greeted every guest with a warm smile and continued to be engaging throughout the night. And it was definitely a long day for them--from 2PM to 9 PM. From the beginning to the end, it is clear you are working with people who are passionate about creating a memorable experience for their clients. We are grateful we found you and thank you for being part of our special day!
When reading reviews, the challenge for me is to understand the standards and expectations of the reviewer and how they match against my own. Thus, to give you some context on my priorities, it was more important to me to find the best bartending and catering for our wedding than my own dress (which I found a week before the wedding). To give you a sense of the caliber of talent my Wifey and I were searching for, we wanted to serve cocktails that met the same quality of the establishments we frequently visit like Violet Hour (Chicago), Death & Co. (NYC), Bourbon & Branch (SF), and the Varnish (LA). LA Speakeasy Team brought that level of quality and professionalism with a lovely flare of personality. We can't wait to throw our next party so we can invite the crew back again!

I need to give LA Speakeasy all the praise they deserve. As a wedding planner myself, I had worked with Iveth and Vince previously and found them to be so sweet and easy to work with as well as extremely professional. First of all, they make hands down the best cocktail in the biz. They are so easy and flexible to work with. I knew I wanted a tiki cocktail and they were able to create a Navy Grog inspired cocktail that was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to change all of the cocktail names and we created a custom bar menu with photos Iveth sent me of the cocktails for the artist to create from. The cocktails themselves were even more gorgeous than the drawings! My guests absolutely loved them and by the end of the night we had almost run out because my guests were in love with them. They still ask about some of them to this day! I highly recommend LA Speakeasy, I even used them for a custom Mocktail for my baby shower which was absolutely delicious and yet again my guests couldn't stop raving about it!

We hired LA Speakeasy for our wedding and were not disappointed. I work in the Bar Industry and manage 25+ bars. My expectations from LA Speakeasy were very high and they exceeded them. The professionalism of their team was absolutely amazing. The owner Iveth was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I loved that they allowed you to set up a consultation where you could taste the drinks they offer and they could show you just exactly what they do and how passionate they are about their work.
The execution on the day of our wedding was impeccable. I designed a batched "His" & "Her" cocktail for our wedding and they executed my recipes the same exact way I would have myself. We received many compliments from our guests on the level of service, quality of drinks and overall "feel" that they experienced with LA Speakeasy.
I highly recommend this service for any function.
